Bergstrom Wines 'Ekollon Experience'
'Ekollon', a new wine tasting experience in 2018 in the Dundee Hills. In 2019 Ekollon will be featured at the Bergstrom Family Vineyard House. The experience begins with a taste of Champagne while exploring biodynamic practices in their vineyard and garden programs while enjoying views of the valley. Next, your host will guide you through the Bergstrom story and a tasting of their limited-production estate wines, including a selection of library wines. Each Ekollon experience includes a pairing menu designed by Josh and Caroline Bergstrom featuring seasonal, locally sourced, gourmet bites. 4.9 stars (48)
Sokol Blosser’s ‘Farm & Forage’
A culinary experience created by Sokol Blosser’s Executive Chef, Henry Kibit, that pairs six bites with six of their wines. Chef Henry believes that one of the best ways to enjoy wine is to pair them with carefully crafted bites. Watch the Chef’s magic happen from the kitchen table.
